By using BalePack’s services or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms:
- You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services, including your contact and payment details.
- You agree not to use BalePack’s website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
3. Buying Products
When purchasing from BalePack, the following conditions apply:
- Pricing and Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary based on stock levels and seasonal factors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
- Orders: Orders are placed via our website, phone, or email. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation from us. However, acceptance of your order is subject to the availability of the product. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if there is an issue with payment.
- Payment: Payment for products must be made in full before delivery. We accept payment through bank transfer or any other approved method. All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery: Delivery times will be agreed upon at the point of sale. We will endeavour to meet agreed delivery times, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss resulting from delivery delays.
- Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our agricultural products, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances, such as receiving incorrect or damaged goods. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us to discuss any potential returns or refunds.
4. Selling Products
If you are selling products or services through BalePack’s platform, the following terms apply:
- Listings: By listing products for sale, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for ensuring your products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Seller Responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for the quality, condition, and timely delivery of their products to buyers. Sellers must provide accurate pricing and availability details and communicate promptly with buyers regarding any changes.
- No Sellers Fee (Promotional Period): For the first 3 months, BalePack offers a no seller’s fee promotion. This means sellers can list their products free of charge during this period. After the promotion, standard seller fees will apply, which will be outlined and communicated clearly.
- Disputes: Any disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved amicably. BalePack reserves the right to intervene and make decisions in the event of unresolved disputes, but we are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers.
5. Services
BalePack provides a range of agricultural services, including but not limited to hay and straw supply, hedgecutting, field topping, muck removals, and more. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:
- Quotations: All service quotations are estimates based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.
- Service Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver services within the agreed timeframe. However, external factors, such as weather conditions, may affect the timeline. BalePack is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to booked services must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made outside of this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BalePack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by you for the products or services in question.
- Force Majeure: BalePack is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, and government actions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of BalePack unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
